    Dear Sir,
    Yesterday ie 24-01-2012 I telephonically contected ur agent Sweta Tiwari for domestic booking ex Delhi to Nanded (11-03-21 for flight of 5.25 am ) and return dated
    15-03-21 and was asked to deposite the amount which I made in ur ICICI bank A/C and
    scaned copy was sent to her (in senior,s e-address) but she made mistake and book my
    all(3) tickets in some other flight and on asking she tried to make fool of mine by saying
    the tickets are soldout and fare has been revised up, where as it is wrong statement planty
    of tickets are available at the same price,and she is avoiding to contact me.

    Dear Sir,
    Yesterday I made a complaint against the booking fault of your booking agent Sweta Tiwari but no any response has been recieved till now from your side, only you pushed the said faulty before me telephonicaly ,she beged weped excuse to accept the same fault.
    It shows that you do not care your customer’s problem you and your staff only
    try to save your agents,it is a matter of shame for u. Insted of solving the customer’s problem you punish your customer to bear humiliation and financial lose.
    Any way it is a lesson and I will definately convay it to my relitieves and frinds to not to deal with YATRA ,these are not fair persons to deal and never admitt their faults.

    I have cancelled 2 tickets on 21st jan whose cancellation ids are IN2O3E-CAN-123 and INSO3E-CAN-123.But still now money has not returned to my account. I have requested them by gmail.but still now no reply.plz consider my case and help me in get back my money..

    Dear Service Provider,

    I have used your services in booking my flight ticket.

    I find in my credit card statement that i have been charged Rs.5213.00 for my booking on 13th Feb.

    Infact i tried to cancel this booking but unable to contact your customer care line.

    Then i have sent a mail on 13th by 15 hors in this regard requesting the cancellation.

    Your customer care executive contacted me and confirmed details and assured about refund.

    I find no refund is given bill date and request your stand in this regard.

    dear sir i booked one ticket in online from yayra but i not get ticket and my money take u people my referenc no13031222236 i called you people they saying yatra not get money federal bank saying yatra got money pleas help me ib want my money back
