Incase of queries related to scheme/ bill plan / VAS (Value Added Services) information, Airtel customers can call on Airtel customer care number 121. The toll-free customer care number of Airtel is 198. This is for lodging complaints or making service requests like provisioning, billing & metering issues, allocation of tariff plan, account updation, ISD, STD, Roaming Activation, VAS Deactivation, service termination and security deposit/refund.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My self is Mrs. Shibi Thobias, Airtel Mobile number is 09860852134. On 16th , Feb,2012, morning I have recharged for Rs. 60/-. Somewhere I have dialed 2 or 3 local numbers for a short duration. On 17th Feb. 2012, Morning , when I checked my balance, it was noticed Rs. 48/-. Yesterday, full day got wasted & efforts went in vain after reaching your Customer Care number i.e. 123 & 198. I am, just like common man, wasting my time & money to reach your customer care, mean, its unbearable and unjusticable. I feel this is a real loot to a common man’s money.

    This is second time in a week , such similar incident happening but that time, the message read to be, “ you have downloaded Wall paper and been charged 50/- at 2245 hours. Instantly, I dialed 123, explained him, Is person sleeping will down load wall paper & am not interested in such hype. Are you making fast buck by looting a person who is sleeping. For God sake, please do not kill us. On demanding only my Rs. 50/- is being credited back to my account.

    Now, I don’t know, for what reason such a big amount is deducted, for a service which is not been used. You are requested to please let me know on my email address, “” and would appreciate that amount will be credited to my account

    In the first week of February I have shifted my airtel No.9958385552 from post paid to prepaid and cleared my dues on the spot. However, earlier in the same no.the amount has been debited from my bank account through ecs under bill plan. How the ecs account exist when I have shifted from post paid to prepaid and no bill should be generated against the said no. However, Rs.244/- has been debited from my bank account on 6/3/2012 without knowing any reasons. Please revert the amount and de-activate my ecs option immediately.

    i am struggling to follow up with Mr. Sheetal Kanungo from last 25 days to reactivate my old mobile number ,but pathetic responce from him ,it is on his choice whether he will receive my call for follow up or not ,if received by mistake ,a new excuse will be given ,i wrote a communication to him on 7th after getting frusted ,communication was———-Dear Mr.Sheetal ,
    This is regarding Mob No 9179001001 in name of Bharat Business Channel Ltd which we discontinued in the month of Nov’11 due to signal problems. Bills pending for the same (total amount due was 5928.44 as on 03-12-2011) was paid through cheque of Rs 119675, cheque no 622438 on 23-12-2011.

    Now we have applied for re activation of this Mob No in individual name of Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, CAF also has been submitted two times but the same is pending till date. We are regularly in follow up with yourself & Mr. Narendra for the same but no action has been taken till date. Even phones are not being picked up by you people ,I am feeling helpless ,if any issue is there ,at least I expect that you inform me accordingly.

    Please look into the matter & do the needful.—————-it is 10th today but as usual no responce ,they dont bother to keep customer informed ,can any body help me?

    HI my name is Rakesh babu Kakarala (9949535555) I have been lodging complaints since 1 month regarding my balance cut (every 1 hr 0.10 paise has been charging for me unnecessarily since 40 days) after 6 complaints the problem still exists I am sick of calling customer service people I am totally dissatisfied with airtel service.

      Car, il est préférable d’écrire les détails complets de désagréments survenus. Vous devez écrire à ce sujet au fournisseur de services télécoms.

    on 20 3 2012 without my request, message appeared in my cell 9845416760 that u have applied for some GYAN and every day Rs 1 will be deducted when i sent sms not applied it is not accepted by the airtel no reply for the same U donot have their e mail for lodging complaint and custmer care numbers not replying
    Why these can not go to beg on the street, instead of doing these type of nu sense to the customers Mass shifting of net work only the way to get rid of these beggers

    My Name is Anurag having mobile nbr 9815075200, i have logged so many calls at customer care regarding indoor network issues. From the last 3-4 months i am facing a lot of n/w problem at my residence. everytime i call to anybody the call gets disconnect itself.Every time a person calls that the issue is fixed but problem remains the same. This is really a very poor service from Airtel. Airtel is a very big company and such small issues can be closed in 10-15 days.
    Looking for a positive response. Pls open your ears and eyes ..

    Dear Airtel repres.
    I have recharged (topup) from icici bank account amounting Rs 444 on 19th april 2012 at around 9 30 am, but still my moblie is not charged. I have verified from the bank confirming succesful transaction from my account with all payment details available(Payment ID 310590256). After lot of pains as i urgently required the amount, i was in totally shattered and ultimately my urgent requirement was not met. Still i hav’nt got the amount in my mobile. I contacted customer care twice, once the executive disconnected intentionally, next time another executive responded properly and gave me the request no CONRC30419534954. Can i request you to kindly update my account as i am not able to do my work because of less amount in my mobile.

    I seriously agree with all the others.Airtel has a very pathetic customer service.Its such a shame a leading telecom service provider poor customer service.One can hardly get through to a human voice while contacting CC.And to add to the frustration u’re being charged for the call.The IVR misleads a person tryin to call up CC.One had to wait a long time to get to the point when the IVR says “please hold while we connect you to a CC Executive” and then Bang, all of a sudden “The Number You have Called is not valid” or sum other shit…I’m always gonna discourage people from using Airtel and switch over from Airtel.I’m never gonna recommend Airtel to anyone!!!
