    I am a Govt. servant at Godhra but the family stayes at Baroda.
    The service personnal at Baroda installed 1.5ton split AC in a crude manner in october 2011. I represented the distributor MID PLAZA, O P Road , Baroda subsequently he represented the same at service centre , but in vain. because my family sgned the installation report. The The same repeated in first service. It was due on 03/02 but served on@ 09/03. He served only inner unit not even care to touch the outer. So kindly instruct your services centre to satisfy the customer.

    I bought the refrigerator from 14 May 2011. It is in under warranty period. On 30 March 2012, the refrigerator starts creating a problem. I called 6th times in LG customer care for service, but today is 4 April 2012 and nobody came for providing service.
    Now my refrigerator is already stop working. Every time Customer Care Executives create a new service request number but not answering about previous request number.
    I have not received any feedback from LG service and from Service Center.

    What i say about poor service….

    LG customer service is PATHETIC…..
    I took an AMC (Number MC 010045) last month. This month on 12th Apr 2012 I raised an complaint regarding ineffective cooling and gas refill.

    Contrary to the LG’s claim of service being rendered within 1 day, your executive visited my home only after good 4 days.

    He said that our AC would be picked up for gas refill in a couple of days.

    However even after couple of weeks no one has cared to either call us or pick up the AC till today (Apr 23, 2012).

    I feel that I have made a big mistake by taking 3 years AMC with LG.

    As I am highly dissatisfied with your service, I would not like to continue with the AMC. Please cancel my AMC and refund my money.
