    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that i have given ( my representative Mr Kerman B. Mistry) complaint of repairs to your helpline no 1800 200 9999 on 28th February, 2012 ( spoke to Mr Yogesh & Mr. Salman) and again to Mr Shamshad on 06th March, 2012 with complaint no MUM122290056.

    This complaint was about non working of Haier dryer machine model no GDZ and we were inform by your technician earlier about replacement of a belt inside the machine that was few months back. But to our surprise nobody turned up earlier nor called up to inform the status of the complaint lodge earlier.

    We have again informed on 28th Feb & 6th March but to our rude shock we were told the part is not available and it is out stock and therefore they cannot do anything on the issue.

    We inform you with this complaint of your unacceptable response to our complaint and casualness of replies given earlier by your customer service people. We therefore would like to strongly take up the case with you and would expect urgent action to rectify my machine and for this i will give ten ( 10 ) days time to reply and fix the problem. If otherwise, we will have to complaint to Consumer Complaint Forum to take action against you for not attending to our complaint and not provide necessary supplier part which you are duty bound when you sale a product in a market under your brand name.

    We expect with this above mentioned complaint you will be attend and would not further give cause for complaint further to Consumer Forum.
