    I had purchased the HP pendrive through online nearly six months back, now the pendrive is not working, i.e its not formatting or the stored data is not deleting .so i had gone to HP service station in mangalore ,they are telling me that we are not deleaing those kind of things .ASo what should i do for that still it is having waranty period more than a year.please do the needful at the earliest.

      Most likely this is not a problem with your pen drive. it is a virus on your pen drive.Try to run a antivirus scan on it.It should resolve your problem…

    Dear Sir,
    On Jan 25, 2012 , I bought a hp laptop – Pavilion dv6- 6115TX. But dealer didn’t provide me any CD/ DVD either of Windows 7 or of any other softwares. I asked for these but shopkeeper told me that Company didn’t give any CD/ DVD with hp Laptop.
    My hp laptop is having a window 7 sticker on it. They just installed it but didn’t provide me any CD/DVD.
    But my friends with Dell laptop are having such Window 7 CD free with their Laptop ! I don’t know what is wrong here.
    Kindly clear my doubts.

    i puchase my hp desktop on date 29 march 2010 and when i start my computer it show that “YOUR HARDDRIVE FAILURE IS IMMINENT PLEASE BACK UP YOUR HARDDRIVE OR HAVE IT TO BE REPLACED ?” I think that there was a problem in my computer harddrive . By this problem i cannot install window 7 because it takes 2 hours to start the setup …… but it can install window xp after 3-4 days the will corupt .there is no problem in my window xp cd …. When i go to rhe shop where i purchase my computer the store was store was not there ……..

    I have purchased a AIO Hp printer F4488 from CROMA SOUTH EXTENSION PT-2,Delhi on 11 Mar’12 in discounted rate as it was the last piece(with warranty one! as told by them) with out carton,user manual,soft ware CD. i have been provided connector cables and adoptor and the gave me down loaded software on my pendrive for installation. On installation on 13th I found the paper feeding was not proper and it pulls the paper on sided. i changed the paper and tried but after wasting 25 papers it did not corrected on own. i took it to Okhla ph-2 Hp service center for getting it corrected under warranty.
    To my utter surprise, they refused said it was 720 days old and out of warranty. for replacement of the same with k209G a DOA service request no ININ-150-2795277 dt 23/3/12.
    On being fwd to get replacement from Croma, they have taken back with hesitation and issued a receipt for replacement gate pass no236 dt24/3/12 and still is with them only! they said a mail has been given to their supplier reg this!.
    On that day and til date i have been running pillar to post for the replacement.Is any alternate solution for this? Can Hp directly intervene and replace the printer and debit the cost to Croma on behalf of Consumer? Why I being harassed for purchasing it over above the inconveniences? Kndly solve it pls.

    I had purchased Compaq 325 laptop in Dec 2010. Its Hard Disk Drive was having some problems since last one month and hence the same has been replaced by me in Apr 2012. After the replacement of the new Hard Disk, the sound equalizer is not visible for adjusting the sound of the laptop as the sound quality has gone down drastically.

    How do I get the sound equalizer?

    I purchased my printer on 5th dec 2011.I am unable to receive or send any fax using this product.The card has been changed by the technician who visited us ,but of no use.
    The black cartredges are being wasted for the sake of fax trials only.
    Please do the needful.
    either rectify the hardware issue or replace the product so that we can use it.

    my fax is still not functional’
    Two black and almost half of the coloured cartridge have been wasted for the purpose of fax trials , testings and allignment checkings
    Please take some action for the resolution of this problem
    KINDLY Arrange for fax apparatus replacement and provide new cartridges.
    Hoping for quick remedy!
