      sir i have one titanium card, in january 2012 hdfc bank issue one platinum crad , till today we have not recived, in your creidt card department phone come near about 15 time to more, we have not recived card, near 2 days before in diniing clube bombay verefication your card to gift other but we not givan actual details, if any problam we are not resposible for this matter from rajesh doshi my mobile no is 9377708800 9377709900

    I have a salary account in your bank viz. 13201140000431. Today I received a message from hdfc that balance in my account has gone below the specified limit i.e 5000.
    Could you please tell me if I have a salary account then what has limit to do with that.

      It Doesn’t Work from any where. Even Other Customercare Nos. of no use. I need to check my Transactions & balance but the internet banking has also down for the whole day.

      The Customercare no. is no use if there is no option of some person guiding us but a voice which keeps yelling some nos. we no are not going to help us.

    I am unable to transfer the Fund through netbanking as third party transfer button is disabled. i had checked that day before yesterday it was working. Only thing i was unable to add benificiary to my account as india cell # mentioned in it… it due to this or something else is causing this issue..

    Please look into asap… its very urgent for me. kindly let me know in case you need any futher info.

    i am having an acoount in your HDFC in rohtak branch and today i was withdrawing 7000 rs from indusind bank rohtak branch’s atm. but due to temporary error i did not recieve my money, but 7000 rs were debitted from my a/c. plz reply to whom should i complaint about this?

    I have deposited Rs.6996 on 28/3/2012.Till now I have not receive any sms in my mobile regarding the deposit.The worst thing is that no one is picking up my calls.I want to know what is the use of customer care then?I have called atleast 20 times on the number 033-44065165 but there is NO RESPONSE.Get back to me on my number 9748216408.

    i had applied for personal loan and the application was accepted by your dept with ref number 21118958 dated 29/03/12.

    till date nothing has happened to it.
    i had refused to take hdfc life 200000/- rs policy from the branch manager of hdfc bank parbhani.
    is this due to that or what?
    i gauranttee you that after seeing my balance sheet you wont find any reason to block gthe loan.

    i have cancelled my credit card torn into pieces and returned to HDFC
    Bank on 23 nov 2011 at vihar rd chandivali mumbai office.
    name of receiving official is Rachana Deb employee code R 1966.
    despite cancellation of credit card i am receiving tel calls ,notices for
    payment of credit card n is 5560422000227170 name of
    card holder i.e.myself is M S Inamdar
    this is embarrasing and disturbing my daily routine and life.

    I withdrew an amount from HDFC Bank ATM using an SBI card in Chennai. One of the Rs.100 was torn and pasted. I immediately went to the nearest HDFC Bank Branch and made a complaint. But the Bank’s representative categorically denied that such kind of notes are not placed in ATMs. I told him the fact that I got an torn note from the HDFC ATM. I did not take a receipt since I get electronic statements from my Bankand i sincerely do not want a transaction slip. He refused to accept my complaint. I subsequently downloaded a statement from SBI which clearly indicates my withdrawl from HDFC ATM 8657.

    The HDFC staff belive their system rather than the customer. I feel insulted by the treatment by Bank Staff.
